The world is fortunately full of "Susans", even if not given that name. They can be seen picking up the kids from school, yes, making sandwiches and cocoa, and womaning table at the church fete. They are the springboard and operational base for the "Nancys" who scale Kanchenjunga or Matterhorn without taking a breath. Let's hear it for good old "Susan"!
