The boathouse belongs to Lanehead, and is the middle one on the estate agent's photo (see Link below). The boathouse on the right belongs to Bank Ground Farm. The Lanehead boathouse is stone-built and does have a resemblance to the Beckfoot boathouse in Clifford Webb's drawing for SA.
Before you rush to pay £150,000, you should know that access to it is over Lanehead land, but there is no paved path, and boats cannot be brought to the boathouse overland anyway, as the rear entrance is not wide enough.
